Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "em7777", "we", "us", "our" refers to the legal entity operating the em7777 online gaming platform at em7777.vip, holding a valid PAGCOR license authorizing the provision of online gaming services in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the em7777 website at em7777.vip, including all associated web pages, mobile-responsive interfaces, game lobbies, account management tools, and support systems.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the em7777 Platform for the purpose of playing games or otherwise interacting with the service.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the em7777 Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot games, bingo, fishing games, and any other gaming products made available on the Platform from time to time.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their em7777 Account using real Philippine Peso or accepted equivalent.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds awarded to a Player by em7777 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the Philippine government authority responsible for regulating the gaming industry.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations for all em7777 accounts.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction in which online gaming of this nature is lawful;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to em7777 is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of an em7777 employee or affiliated entity;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from em7777 or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform unless the exclusion period has formally expired.

em7777 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all real-money balances forfeited, and the matter reported to PAGCOR in accordance with regulatory obligations. False declarations of age constitute a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.

To access real-money gaming on the em7777 Platform, you must create a verified Account. Registration requires the provision of accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

One Account per Player: Each natural person may hold only one Account on the em7777 Platform. The creation or use of multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be suspended without notice, and all balances associated with such Accounts are subject to forfeiture.

KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you are required to complete the em7777 identity verification (KYC) process. This requires submission of a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a UMID, Social Security System card, driver's license, or Philippine Statistics Authority PhilSys ID). em7777 may request additional documentation at any time where required for compliance purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. em7777 will never contact you to request your password or OTP codes. Any communication claiming to be from em7777 and requesting this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify em7777 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. em7777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate security measures, including but not limited to sharing your credentials with third parties or accessing your Account on compromised devices.

em7777 may temporarily lock an Account where suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected. In such cases, we will contact you via your registered mobile number or email address to initiate a security verification process. Locked Accounts remain inaccessible until the verification process is satisfactorily completed.

em7777 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro Unibank (BDO), USDT (TRC20 network), and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed within the em7777 Platform at the time of transaction.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• em7777 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which em7777 bears no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Real Money Balance and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of receipt by em7777's payment systems.
• em7777 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or limit any deposit that is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
• All deposited funds are held in accounts segregated from em7777's operational funds and are protected in accordance with PAGCOR player fund protection requirements.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the em7777 Account withdrawal section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. em7777 reserves the right to require withdrawal to an alternative method where this is not feasible.

Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed the KYC verification process. Additionally, where a Player has received a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements attached to that bonus must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of funds attributable to that bonus can be processed.

• Withdrawal requests for GCash and Maya are processed within the same business day for verified accounts, subject to anti-fraud screening.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO) are processed within one to three Philippine banking business days.
• em7777 may request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, credit cards, or payment methods not previously used for deposit without separate verification.
• em7777 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms pending investigation.

em7777 offers promotional bonuses, reload offers, cashback programs, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time each promotion is offered, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to a Player's Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• em7777 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already commenced fulfilling the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds may only be wagered on games expressly permitted under the specific promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games does not count toward wagering requirement fulfillment.
• em7777 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds awarded in error or as a result of a technical malfunction.
• Players who are suspected of exploiting bonus offers through systematic wagering patterns designed to minimize risk while meeting wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse") may have their bonus canceled and winnings derived therefrom forfeited.

All Games available on the em7777 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game environment. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Game Outcomes: All slot and RNG table game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generation systems. em7777 does not interfere with or modify game outcomes after deployment. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical dealing, spinning, or rolling, subject to the studio rules of the relevant game provider.

• Wagers are final once confirmed. em7777 does not accept cancellations of placed bets except where expressly provided in a specific game's rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game session, em7777 will refund the relevant wager to the Player's Real Money Balance. em7777 bears no obligation to pay any winnings that would have accrued from the interrupted session.
• Any wager placed using funds that were found to have been deposited fraudulently may be voided and the associated winnings forfeited.
• em7777 reserves the right to void any wager placed in circumstances it reasonably believes constitute exploitation of a technical error, pricing discrepancy, or game fault.

em7777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR regulations seriously. We provide the following player protection tools, accessible at any time from your em7777 Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure time-in-session reminders that prompt a break at intervals of the Player's choosing.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary account suspension for a period between 24 hours and six months. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for any gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion, which results in immediate and permanent account closure. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed. Any balances remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the Player after the required PAGCOR verification process.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the em7777 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account under any identity, whether your own or another person's;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity or age information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Depositing funds from stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment accounts;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game errors, or pricing errors to place wagers that would not otherwise be available;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any live dealer or multiplayer game format;
• Allowing any third party to use your Account, or using any Account registered to another person;
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward em7777 staff, support agents, or other players;
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming control, including self-exclusion, by creating a new Account or using another person's Account during an active exclusion period.

All content on the em7777 Platform, including but not limited to the em7777 brand name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphic elements, written content, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of em7777 or its duly licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the em7777 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or commercial use of any Platform content without the prior written consent of em7777.

Unauthorized use of em7777's intellectual property, including scraping of Platform content, unauthorized commercial use of the em7777 brand, or reproduction of game assets, may result in legal action under Philippine and applicable international intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, em7777's total liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your em7777 Account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

em7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if em7777 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

• em7777 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of technical defects;
• em7777 is not liable for any loss arising from events outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, acts of government, or force majeure events;
• em7777 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failed withdrawals resulting from incomplete KYC;
• em7777 is not liable for any third-party content, game providers' software errors, or payment processor failures that affect your gaming experience.

em7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player's Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity;
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent identity or age information;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require suspension or closure of the Account;
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or a responsible gaming-based account closure.

Where an Account is suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full without obligation to refund. Where an Account is closed for compliance or regulatory reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified unencumbered Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method after the applicable investigation or verification process is complete.

You may close your em7777 Account at any time by contacting the em7777 customer support team. Account closures do not affect any outstanding bonus wagering obligations or obligations under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Regulatory Oversight: em7777 operates under the licensing and regulatory jurisdiction of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Complaints that are not resolved through em7777's internal dispute resolution process may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its applicable complaint-handling procedures.

Internal Complaints Process: Before escalating any dispute to PAGCOR or any court, you agree to first submit a written complaint to em7777 via the official support channel at [email protected]. em7777 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve them within 14 calendar days of acknowledgement.

em7777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication of the revised Terms on the em7777 Platform. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or SMS notification to the contact details on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment.

Your continued use of the em7777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.

The version of these Terms currently published on the em7777 Platform supersedes all previous versions. em7777 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
