• Account creation and management — Necessary for the performance of the contract between you and em7777 (our Terms & Conditions). Without this processing, we cannot provide you with a Player Account.
• Identity verification (KYC) — Required for compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law (Republic Act 9160 as amended). This is a legal obligation that em7777 cannot waive.
• Payment processing — Necessary for the performance of the contract. Required to process deposits to and withdrawals from your em7777 wallet.
• Fraud prevention and security — Necessary for em7777's legitimate interest in protecting the integrity of the Platform, detecting unauthorized access, and preventing financial crime.
• PAGCOR regulatory reporting — Legal obligation. PAGCOR requires em7777 to maintain and submit certain player records as a condition of our operating license.
• Responsible gaming monitoring — Legitimate interest and PAGCOR regulatory requirement. Player activity data is used to identify and respond to indicators of problem gambling.
• Customer support — Necessary for the performance of the contract. Support interactions require access to account and transaction data to resolve your inquiries effectively.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with em7777's data disposal procedures. Data that forms part of an ongoing investigation, regulatory inquiry, or unresolved dispute is retained until that matter is fully resolved, notwithstanding the standard retention periods above.

em7777 implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:

• Right to Rectification: Where personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. Identity data corrections may require submission of updated documentation.
• Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Note that PAGCOR regulatory obligations require em7777 to retain certain data for minimum periods that override erasure requests during those periods.

Where a request is complex or numerous, em7777 may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days, with notice to you. em7777 reserves the right to refuse requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or incompatible with mandatory retention obligations under Philippine law.

em7777 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If em7777 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the relevant Account will be immediately closed, all collected data will be deleted (except where retention is required for regulatory reporting purposes), and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR.

em7777 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements. We will notify registered Players of material changes via email to the address on file, or by SMS to the registered Philippine mobile number, at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

The revised Policy will be published at em7777.vip/privacy-policy with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the em7777 Platform after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
